Warehouse - Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Good communication skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record, and stable work history with verifiable references are required. Some lifting necessary.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently</li> <li>Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damage, and process documentation</li> <li>Label and organize stock according to internal procedures</li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory software</li> <li>Support periodic inventory counts and audits</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li> <li>Collaborate with other warehouse personnel and the customer service team</li> <li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service</li> <li>Accurately match outbound/inbound products to paperwork</li> <li>Assist in unboxing and help setting up copiers and copier products</li> <li>General warehouse work</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong self-motivator, independent worker</li> <li>Basic computer and data entry skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check</li> <li>Strong stable work history</li> <li><strong>Lifting will be necessary</strong></li> </ul> <p>Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work at floor level, and walk long distances.</p> <p>At WiZiX Technology Group, we promote a culture of growth and believe that each employee can make a difference—no matter your role or level of experience.</p> <p>Just as we aim to help our customers grow their businesses through technology, we offer our own employees growth opportunities to reach their career goals.
