Warehouse Team Leader (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

• You support, motivate, and guide a team of warehouse operatives in their daily activities.
• You help create a positive, respectful, and collaborative working environment.
• You provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members.
• You support the onboarding and development of new employees.
• You act as a first point of contact for team members and provide guidance when needed.

Operational Excellence

• You monitor daily performance and support the team in achieving operational targets and customer expectations.
• You help ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and accuracy across warehouse operations.
• You work closely with Operations Managers and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
• You assist with workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Safety

• You encourage continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
• You support the implementation of best practices and process improvements.
• You ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company procedures, and operational standards.
• You help maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience & Qualifications

• You have experience working in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage, but not essential for candidates with strong potential and the right attitude.
• You have basic computer skills and feel comfortable working with warehouse management systems and digital tools.
