About the role
The Experience You’ll Create:
- Lead and mentor Warehouse Associates, providing training and coaching on daily tasks and safety protocols.
- Oversee order processing, replenishment, and inventory control to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain compliance with company standards, industry regulations, as well as food and occupational safety procedures.
- Monitor and achieve established productivity metrics (e.g., product picking rates).
- Operate and train team members on warehouse technology, including Microsoft Office, iPads, Warehouse Management Software systems (WMS).
- Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ingredients for Thriving:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of WMS and inventory control processes.
- Ability to perform basic math operations and work with fractions and percentages.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills within a professional environment.
- Skilled in team management, problem-solving, and fostering collaboration.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- Physically capable of lifting 25–50 lbs. regularly and standing for extended periods.
- Holds or willing to obtain forklift certification.
