Warehouse Associate (Weekend Shift | Friday - Monday)

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Warehouse Associate</strong></span></p> <p>Tires Easy is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Lawrenceville, NJ warehouse location. This is a hands-on, physically active role supporting the receiving, processing, and shipping of tire inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</p> <p>We’re looking for dependable team members who are comfortable with physical work, reliable attendance, and working as part of a collaborative warehouse team.&nbsp;You will be responsible for the efficient and accurate receiving and shipping of products, processing tires according to&nbsp; internal SOP’s, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Ability to regularly handle, lift, and move heavy tires (up to 90lbs)</li> <li>At least (1) year of warehouse experience</li> <li>Available to work from 6:00am - 4pm EST Weekends,<strong> Friday through Monday (Four 10 hour days)</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Receiving and shipping inventory (Tires)</li> <li>Proficient in using smartphones to follow task instructions through mobile applications</li> <li>Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all company health and safety policies and practices</li> <li>Participating in general warehouse maintenance and ensuring a clean workspace</li> <li>Escalation of&nbsp; issues to supervisor when necessary&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes to success:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven success in building relationships and trust</li> <li>Comfort working in a dynamic environment</li> <li>Adaptability; processes and workflows may change as we look to improve both the customer experience and your experience as a member of the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired skills &amp; experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in the automotive industry</li> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of tires preferred, but on the job training will be provided</li> </ul> <li>You have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in warehouses</li> <li>You’re a great team member with a can-do attitude; you’re self- reflective</li> </ul> <p>Compensation: $19/hour&nbsp;</p>
