They will need to answer customer questions in a professional and efficient manner. The warranty specialist will process and submit claims through NetSuite and Zendesk.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and process warranty claims and inquiries through the collection of data, research of claims, and investigation.</li> <li>Respond to customer inquiries or questions professionally and effectively.</li> <li>Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies.
