Senior Associate, Wealth Management

We focus our efforts on helping clients meet their investment objectives without the distractions and limitations that can arise within much larger organizations.</p> <h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3> <p>IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. This role will work closely with the rest of the team to manage important elements of the client relationship. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Partners and their team by providing operational functions such as: <ul> <li>Money movement (i.e. wire and journals)</li> <li>Account creation and maintenance</li> <li>Client and prospect meeting preparation</li> <li>Placing trades on behalf of client</li> </ul> </li> <li>Interact with clients supporting all aspects of their servicing needs</li> <li>Researching client inquiries and managing the follow-up communication</li> <li>Construct client performance and asset allocation reports</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and devise customized financial strategies for existing/prospective clients</li> <li>Participate in client meetings to speak to the operational aspects of the business (take on more investment related piece over time)</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of relevant work experience</li> <li>Deep curiosity about the financial markets</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to think critically and anticipate issues</li> <li>Good verbal and communications skills</li> <li>Good relationship buildings skills both inside and outside of the organization</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce is a plus</li> <li>“No task is too small” mentality</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree is required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-JK1 <span data-teams="true">#LI-Hybrid</span></p>
