Responsibilities

• Verify Currency-Linked Investment & Structured Deposit Trades.
• Perform Investment Account Opening
• For Structured Deposit & Singapore Government Securities (SGS) Products
  • Perform trade order placement 
  • Handle the withdrawal/payout/maturity servicing
  • Perform settlement and handle exceptions
  • Perform verification of Cash-Related transactions for secondary market
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression testing, and Live Verification (LVs), ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Occasional weekend support may be required.
• Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Escalate operational risk incidents in a timely manner.

 

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations is required, with a preference for candidates possessing product knowledge in Money Market and Investment products.
• Proven experience in various operational functions, including processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong IT literacy.
