<p><span data-contrast="auto">Welder is a key role in EMIT’s manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for welding parts, according to blueprints and instructions, based on your daily production scheduled expectations. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>

<li data-start="195" data-end="257">
<p data-start="197" data-end="257">Perform welding tasks to meet daily production priorities.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="258" data-end="359">
<p data-start="260" data-end="359">Prepare and assemble parts with proper fitment, which may involve cutting, bending, and grinding.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="360" data-end="438">
<p data-start="362" data-end="438">Review blueprints to ensure finished products meet quality specifications.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="439" data-end="524">
<p data-start="441" data-end="524">Identify and escalate errors or process adjustments to the Team Leader as needed.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="527" data-end="627">Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including completing the weekly welder checklist.</p>

<h4><strong data-start="73" data-end="91">Qualifications:</strong></h4>

<p data-start="96" data-end="186">High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification or technical training preferred</p>
</li>
<li data-start="187" data-end="281">
<p data-start="189" data-end="281">1+ year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment (MIG/TIG/Stick as applicable)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="282" data-end="346">
<p data-start="284" data-end="346">Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols</p>
</li>
<li data-start="347" data-end="421">
<p data-start="349" data-end="421">Proficient in cutting, bending, and grinding to achieve proper fitment</p>
</li>
<li data-start="422" data-end="488">
<p data-start="424" data-end="488">Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met</p>
</li>
<li data-start="489" data-end="560">
<p data-start="491" data-end="560">Comfortable escalating errors or process changes to team leadership</p>
</li>

<p data-start="563" data-end="645">Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. repeatedly and stand/walk for the duration of a shift</p>

<p><strong>Physical & Safety Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for the duration of a shift.</li>
<li>Always use proper PPE when required.</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling cleaning materials.</li>
</ul>
