Drive agile strategy to prepare the business unit for potential future expansion tracks (such as B2C positioning in Italy within the next 2-3 years).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Partnership Management:</strong> Negotiate and manage complex strategic contracts with Welfare Providers, insurance intermediaries, corporate C-Levels, and local associations (e.g., Aon, Assolombarda), utilizing a "win-win-win" approach.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>People Leadership:</strong> Directly lead, inspire, and mentor a large, multidisciplinary team of motivated young talents across Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Compensation is governed by the CCNL per i dipendenti da aziende del Terziario, della Distribuzione e dei Servizi ("Commercio") - collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The role is classified as <strong>Quadro</strong>.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The annual salary includes the standard base pay components defined by the CBA (Art. 206), as well as the 13th-month salary paid in December (Art. 220) and the 14th-month salary paid in July (Art. 221), for a total of 14 monthly payments. The annual salary range shown is based on a full-time, 40-hour workweek (Art. 130).
