As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and be part of a company that creates games played by millions worldwide. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to technical and soft-skill training, mentorship, and structured development opportunities to prepare you for future career growth.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Support analysis, projects, and initiatives that directly impact our games and business;</li> <li>Participate in technical and business cases, problem-solving challenges, and brainstorming sessions with peers and leaders;</li> <li>Engage in structured learning sessions and mentorship to accelerate your development;</li> <li>Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to help shape the future of our products.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Where You Can Work</strong></h2> <h4><strong>Regular Internship</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Finance: </strong>Strategic Finance is where business, data, and storytelling meet. This is the team that turns numbers into decisions, partnering with leadership to shape how Wildlife invests, grows, and competes in the global gaming market.</li> <li><strong>Engineering (Game Tech &amp; Platform Eng):&nbsp;</strong>Work on the maintenance of released games, with millions of daily players. Engage in activities required to keep the apps alive as well as implementing new features to enhance player experience.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Product Management: </strong>Support product managers to plan and deliver new features, run A/B tests, and analyze data to guide product decisions. Help shape the game vision, align with engineering, art, data, and distribution, and take ownership of your deliveries with real autonomy to impact the player experience.</li> <li><strong>Data Science: </strong>Expand game potential by providing non-trivial solutions to business questions, such as how to analyze game performance, engage players, customize content, run successful experiments, and optimize game economy.</li> <li><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Data Engineering:</strong>&nbsp;Design, build, and maintain the scalable data pipelines that process billions of events from our global player base. You'll work with massive datasets, ensuring the reliability and quality of the data infrastructure that empowers data-driven decisions across the company, and collaborating closely with data scientists and analysts.</li> <li><strong>Business &amp; Marketing:</strong> User Acquisition (UA) brings players into our worlds and gets smarter every day. We mix data, code, and creativity to reach the right players across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Think of us as growth hackers who love testing, building, and optimizing. We run global campaigns, partner with engineers and data scientists, and make every decision driven by data and curiosity.
