Senior Wind Engineer

As a Senior Wind Engineer, you’ll be a driving force behind the performance and reliability of the largest on-shore wind and BESS fleet in Belgium. You’ll take ownership of technical challenges, lead improvement initiatives, and collaborate across teams to maximise the long-term value of our renewable assets.

What You’ll do as a Senior Wind Engineer?

• Resolve complex technical issues independently to boost fleet performance and reliability.

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using CMS, oil analysis, and SCADA diagnostics.

• Own technical improvement projects from concept to implementation.

• Coordinate on-site interventions with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and communication.

• Monitor SCADA systems and communication networks, identifying trends and driving enhancements.

• Act as technical lead for inspection and repair campaigns across blades, drivetrains, and electrical systems.

What You'll bring?

• A university degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in reliability, performance, or maintenance engineering in wind, BESS, or large-scale renewables.

• Experience in high voltage.

• Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver measurable improvements.

• Strong expertise in SCADA systems, communication protocols, and diagnostic tools.

• Fluency in French or Dutch and an excellent knowlegde of English.
