Your focus will be on developing and implementing innovative solutions to support the development of the wind industry.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> </div> </div> <div class="elementor-element elementor-element-74eb47b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor" data-id="74eb47b" data-element_type="widget" data-widget_type="text-editor.default"> <div class="elementor-widget-container"> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and manage projects related to wind turbine blade design, development, testing, and manufacturing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the composite design and manufacturing process are efficient and effective.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and implement new materials, processes, and technology for wind turbine turbines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&amp;D, to drive continuous improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues to identify and implement effective solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform time studies and cycle time analysis to optimize manufacturing processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze and interpret technical data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to wind turbines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide technical support to other departments as needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure all data is collected as per GWT standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create technical reports to be shared with key Stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure factory and lab standards are upheld.</p> </li> <li> <p>Travel as necessary both domestic and international.
