About the role
- Testing of weekly,daily and customer software releases
- Send out daily/weekly test reports , raise bugs and track the bugs to closure
- Collaborate with other team members for code integration and maintenance.
- Providing technical support including troubleshooting, maintenance, and device upgrades to field engineers/customers/partners.
- Interface with the internal engineering team to share field issues and test fixes provided.
- Involve in Customer interactions to help resolve technical issues.
- Involve in wireless system debug and troubleshooting
- Handles issues raised in the right timeframes, to meet SLA objectives.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure the optimized performance of links and features on the radio devices.
- Install software, Test and approve new devices for customer deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with 2+ experience in customer facing
- Must have knowledge & experience of scripting languages preferably Python & Bash.
- Hands-on experience working on Linux systems.
- Should have sound knowledge on wireless communication , Computer networking.
- Design, develop, and implement program and process improvements.
- Experience in automated testing.
- Strong communication and team player skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for demo’s
