The PA will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team including Certified Nurse Midwives, Mental Health Therapists, and Health &amp; Wellness Coaches to provide exceptional, holistic care to women across all life stages at our&nbsp;<strong>Dallas-Fort Worth</strong><strong>, TX</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>clinic location.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p class="whitespace-normal break-words"><strong>Clinical Care</strong></p> <ul class="[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7"> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Conduct comprehensive women's health examinations including annual gynecological exams, contraceptive counseling, and preventive care</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Diagnose and treat common gynecological conditions and women's health issues</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Perform routine procedures including Pap smears, STI testing, contraceptive device insertion/removal</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Provide preconception counseling and basic fertility assessments</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Manage routine prenatal and postpartum care in collaboration with CNMs</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results</li> </ul> <p class="whitespace-normal break-words"><strong>Patient Care &amp; Certification</strong></p> <ul class="[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7"> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant in practice location</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Current BLS certification;
