About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate wood installation teams on-site.
Ensure all carpentry works are executed according to design specifications.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
Schedule and manage daily installation activities and team assignments.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Report progress, issues, and project completion status to project managers.
Train and guide team members to maintain high-quality work standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry or wood installation supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
On-site work availability.
