About the role
Als woonbegeleider bied je persoonlijke ondersteuning aan (jong)volwassenen van 18 tot 72 jaar met uiteenlopende psychische uitdagingen, zoals autisme, gevoeligheid voor psychoses, verslavingsproblemen of persoonlijkheidsstoornissen. Je bent er op de momenten die ertoe doen: je signaleert veranderingen in gedrag, biedt structuur en helpt cliënten om grip te krijgen op hun leven.
