About the role
Receive and review daily work permit requests related to insulation (hot work, cold work, LOTO, confined space, etc.). Verify relevant pre-requisites are completed before permit issue (isolation, gas test, scaffolding, fire watch, PPE, JSA). Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, and Insulation crew to confirm isolation points and safe access. Ensure permits are correctly filled, authorized and time-boxed per PTW policy.
