<p data-start="575" data-end="905">Signal & Strand is hiring an <strong data-start="604" data-end="648">elite-level Senior Workday HCM Architect</strong> to join our expanding <strong data-start="671" data-end="699">Managed Workday Services</strong> offering. This is a high-impact, senior technical role supporting multiple client tenants with deep Workday HCM expertise across configuration, integrations, reporting, automation, and system architecture.</p>
<p data-start="907" data-end="1142">You will own end-to-end solution design and serve as the Workday HCM authority—building advanced calculated fields, complex business processes, robust integrations, scalable security models, and enterprise-grade reporting frameworks.</p>

</li>

<p data-start="3740" data-end="3836">Proven experience architecting complex <strong data-start="3779" data-end="3797">Workday Studio</strong> and <strong data-start="3802" data-end="3833">Core Connector integrations</strong>.</p>
</li>
