This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.&nbsp;</span></p> <div> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li> <div>Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.&nbsp;</div> </li> </ul> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li> <div>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Active membership in the California State Bar&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</div> </li> </ul> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Salary: $80,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year</strong>&nbsp;</div> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><em>Here at Windsor Troy Law, LLP we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
