Workers' Compensation Deposition Attorney

<p>Windsor Troy Law, LLP is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Deposition Attorney to support our expanding practice. This is a great opportunity for attorneys who want flexible work while developing skills in Workers’ Compensation law.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials</li> <li>Take and defend depositions</li> <li>Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines</li> <li>Coordinate with supervising attorneys and provide case status updates</li> <li>Support trial preparation and related litigation tasks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>No prior Workers’ Compensation experience required (training provided)</li> <li>Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary: $80,000 - $90,000.
