Workforce Education instructor of Welding

The Workforce Education Faculty member for Welding Technology is responsible for providing high-quality instruction in welding and related technical coursework while preparing students for employment in high-skill, high-demand occupations within the welding and manufacturing industries. This position includes classroom, and hands-on shop instruction aligned with industry standards and workforce needs. The instructor supports student learning, safety, workforce readiness, credential attainment, and program development while maintaining compliance with institutional, state, and accrediting requirements. The position also assists with recruitment, retention, industry partnerships, and secondary career pathway alignment.
