<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Workforce Strategy & Planning</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Manager </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that align workforce composition with business goals and long-term growth strategy. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, FP&A, and business leadership to define workforce targets, optimize organizational design, and build scalable planning processes that improve agility, efficiency, and business performance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p>
