Sitting within the People Ops arm of our People &amp; Culture team, this role blends workplace operations, employee engagement, internal communications, and culture programming to help foster an environment where employees can do their best work.</p> <p>Partnering closely with the HR Generalist, Talent &amp; Experience under People Ops, this position helps shape and execute workplace experience initiatives, manages day-to-day workplace operations, and delivers internal programming that strengthens connection, collaboration, and company culture. We are looking for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and enjoys balancing operational excellence with people-focused programming.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in-office expectations.</p> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future and be within commuting distance of our New York City office. Relocation assistance is not available.</p> <h3><strong>The Ideal Candidate Is:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>People Focused:</strong> You enjoy creating experiences that make employees feel welcomed, supported, and connected.</li> <li><strong>Operationally Autonomous:</strong> You take pride in keeping things organized, running smoothly, and proactively solving workplace problems.</li> <li><strong>Program Oriented:</strong> You enjoy bringing events, initiatives, and employee programs to life from planning through complete execution.</li> <li><strong>Relationship Driven:</strong> You build trust quickly and enjoy partnering with employees, leaders, and vendors across the organization.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <p><strong>Workplace Experience &amp; Office Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Co-manage day-to-day office operations and workplace environmental standards alongside the HR Generalist to maintain an organized, functional, and employee-friendly office environment.</li> <li>Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and evaluate service performance, making recommendations regarding vendor selection, service levels, and workplace improvements</li> <li>Coordinate facilities requests and workplace logistics, creating thoughtful workplace programming and employee touchpoints.</li> <li>Provide backup support for broader workplace operations when team members are out of office.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the operational planning, design, and execution of company-wide internal events, culture campaigns, and employee engagement programs that strengthen connection and morale.</li> <li>Develop engagement program proposals, establish implementation plans, and manage approved program budgets while monitoring effectiveness and recommending enhancements</li> <li>Partner with People Ops leadership to develop programming that reinforces company values and strategic priorities.</li> <li>Manage employee recognition and appreciation programs, evaluating effectiveness and recommending enhancements to strengthen organizational culture<strong>Internal Communications</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <li>Own the content strategy, planning, and distribution of the weekly People &amp; Culture newsletter.</li> <li>Determine communication approaches and develop messaging strategies for workplace experience, engagement initiatives, and culture programming across internal channels</li> <li>Contribute content and updates to broader People &amp; Culture communications, including the monthly company wide newsletter.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Employee Experience Insights</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze participation metrics and employee feedback trends to identify opportunities and recommend enhancements to workplace experience and engagement programsDevelop formal recommendations and data-driven insights to help People Ops leadership shape future workplace strategies.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2 to 5 years of experience in workplace experience, office operations, employee engagement, internal communications, people operations, or a related field</li> <li>Experience planning and executing internal events, workplace programs, or employee engagement initiatives</li> <li>Experience supporting office operations, workplace logistics, or vendor coordination</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously</li> <li>Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort learning HR, survey, or workplace management tools</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>$64,000 to $70,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)</li> <li>Unlimited PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 16 weeks of parental leave</li> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans</li> <li>Matched and vested 401(k) plan</li> <li>Access to resources for financial planning, family planning, mental health, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)</li> <li>Additional perks include commuter benefits, phone reimbursement, gym membership discounts, and more</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Salary for the role is commensurate with experience and depends on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.&nbsp;</div><div class="title">US pay range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$64,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$70,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div><strong>About EMARKETER</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>EMARKETER is the world's leading research company focused on digital transformation.
