Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Workshop Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute scheduled maintenance and repairs on company vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles and perform or coordinate necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of vehicle parts and supplies.
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for specialized repairs and inspections.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize vehicle downtime and extend vehicle life.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to vehicle maintenance and operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems diagnostics and repair.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and inventory control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
