About the role
- Build and execute regional field marketing strategies that align with sales goals and revenue objectives
- Own event planning and execution across in-person and virtual formats—including trade shows, hosted experiences, roadshows, and partner activations
- Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs that drive engagement and pipeline
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including budget management, vendor relationships, booth execution, and onsite coordination
- Develop and track success metrics; measure ROI of programs and use data to optimize performance
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Customer teams to align on messaging and experience delivery
- Act as the voice of the field—gathering feedback, insights, and competitive intel from prospects and sales teams
- Build and maintain core field marketing materials such as regional assets, signage, sales templates, and follow-up resources
- Report on program performance and share learnings with stakeholders across the org
- Serve as a key brand ambassador and regional evangelist, representing Workstream with energy and polish
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
- Proven success in building pipeline-driving marketing programs in partnership with sales
- Experience planning and executing both small- and large-scale events and regional campaigns
- Strong project management skills—you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-moving environments
- Highly collaborative—you work well across functions and can balance multiple stakeholder needs
- Metrics- and results-driven mindset—you seek data to inform and refine your strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with ~30–40% travel for events and onsite activations
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar platforms)
- BA/BS required
- (Nice to Have): experience in HR tech or vertical SaaS
