Reports to the Operations Manager or designated manager as part of the Operations team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Safely and efficiently load and move vehicles on lot</li> <li>Prioritize safe driving.&nbsp; Consistent, and safe driving is crucial for this role.</li> <li>Maintain good flow of communication with all team members and practice good teamwork</li> <li>Inspect the wrecker or rollback to ensure the vehicle maintains good maintenance and safe driving conditions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School or GED required</li> <li>Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years</li> <li>Must have experience drivng a tow truck</li> <li>Must be able to drive vehicles with either standard or automatic transmissions</li> <li>Effective customer relations, communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Must be 18 years of age</li> </ul> <p><strong>ADESA Benefits and Perks</strong></p> <p>Competitive Pay | Quality Benefits | Holiday and Paid Time Off | Education and Equipment Reimbursement Programs | Matching 401(k) | Career Path Opportunities | And More!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p> <p>To be able to do your job at ADESA, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.
