XR Sales Specialist

What are you going to do?

At Voortman Steel, we are currently looking for a driven sales professional with a passion for cutting-edge technology. Join our team as a sales specialist, where you’ll take full ownership of the commercial process off our Extended Reality (XR) solutions.

You will independently define your sales strategy and identify promising regions or market segments. You actively generate leads through phone, email, and tools like Apollo, and you’re not afraid to make the first move with new prospects. You organize and deliver compelling demos—either online or on-site—showcasing the power of our XR software.

Beyond sales, you build relationships with clients. You dive deep into their needs, identify broader investment opportunities, and promote complementary solutions.

You play a key role in market development by spotting trends and translating them into commercial opportunities. You contribute to marketing campaigns and help shape our product positioning and customer propositions. And of course, you keep everything well-documented in our CRM system—tracking client interactions, proposals, and your own sales targets.

Your responsibilities

· Actively generate leads via phone, email, and tools like Apollo;

· Initiate first contact with new prospects and schedule product demos;

· Send tailored proposals, follow up and close deals;

· Contribute to marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.

· Ability to travel 50%

What You Bring

· Proven experience in sales;

· Affinity with XR/VR/AR technologies is a strong plus;

· Excellent communication and presentation skills;

· Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) for at least 2–3 years.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or GED required.
