Yacht Chief Stewardess

AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Yacht Chief Stewardess to join our team. As the Yacht Chief Stewardess, you will be responsible for supervising the interior team and ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service and luxury experiences onboard our yachts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all interior operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage service, and guest activities
• Supervise and train the stewardess team, fostering a positive and professional working environment
• Develop and implement service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Manage the inventory of supplies, food, and beverages, ensuring efficient operations
• Plan and execute special events and tailor services to meet guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas and interiors onboard
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience on yachts 90 meters and above
• Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess or in a similar leadership role on luxury yachts is preferred
• Exceptional knowledge of yacht service standards, housekeeping, and hospitality practices
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including experience leading and managing stewardess teams
• Experience handling UHNW guests
• Willingness to travel as required
• Active STCW certification and a valid ENG1 medical certificate
