Yacht Head of Spa

This opportunity sits within a world-class luxury hospitality environment, supporting an exceptional guest experience aboard M/Y Amadea, a 107-meter yacht where discretion, polish, and consistently high standards are essential.

This role is an opportunity to lead the spa function in a setting defined by detail, personalization, and elevated service. As Head of Spa, you will shape the wellness experience for distinguished guests, setting the tone for service excellence while ensuring the spa operates to the standards expected in a superyacht environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onboard spa operations and maintain exceptional yacht luxury guest service standards.
• Manage yacht spa team scheduling, training, and performance to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Design and deliver bespoke wellness treatments tailored to high-profile guest preferences.
• Oversee spa inventory, product ordering, and treatment room presentation at all times.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service protocols meet superyacht and luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in spa roles on luxury yachts 90 meters and above, with strong longevity in prior roles.
• Proven experience managing spa team performance, day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, and training.
• Experience managing spa inventory and maintaining consistently high treatment standards.
• Demonstrated experience serving VIP or ultra-high-net-worth guests.
• Holds the yacht certificates required for the role.
• Fluent in English.
