Responsibilities of a Year 4 Teacher:

• As a Year 4 teacher, you'll be responsible for the pastoral care of children starting Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a positive learning environment.
• Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to Year 4 pupils, focusing on individual learning targets, enhancing their strengths, and improving weaknesses.
• Developing mathematical abilities by introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry to your Year 4 class.
• Assisting Year 4 children in improving their writing skills by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
• Monitoring the progress of Year 4 students and occasionally reporting to parents.
