Come grow with us.</strong></p> <p></p></div><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">This is a 1099 contract position with a schedule of Mondays 4:30pm-5:50pm, Thursdays 4:30pm-5:50pm and Saturdays 9am-10:10am (can be flexible if unable to work one of these days). Working with adults at our Eating Recovery Center residential facility in Chicago, IL.</span></p> <p>The Yoga Instructor facilitates yoga groups during scheduled programming times in accordance with patients' physical, social, and emotional needs.</p> <p><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plans and facilitates yoga group lessons to support patients in a mental healthcare setting</li> <li>Teaches yoga aligned with Health At Every Size (HAES) principles</li> <li>Interacts with patients in a trauma-informed manner</li> <li>Manages patient sign in sheet for each group</li> <li>Reports any concerns to clinical leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must haves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance (required)</li> <li>Knowledge of trauma informed care principles (required)</li> <li>At least 200 hours of yoga teacher training (required)</li> <li>Experience teaching yoga to adolescents and adults (required)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus qualities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree (preferred)</li> <li>Experience teaching yoga in a mental healthcare setting (preferred)</li> </ul> <p>#ERC</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.&nbsp;</p></div><div class="title">Illinois Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$28</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$36 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What We Offer</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">At ERC Pathlight, caring for people is our mission&nbsp;and that begins with caring for our own team.
