About the role
<h2>YouTube Creator Management Intern will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding high-potential creators within AnyMind network, with a strong focus on Youtube monetization and scalable content strategies. In this role, you will be in touch on <strong>Youtube revenue including Youtube Adsense and YouTube Shopping</strong>. You will build and maintain a high-performing network of creators (KOLs/KOCs) who generate engaging content views and sales.</h2>
<h2>What You Will Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Creator Onboard and Monetization</li>
<li>Drive YouTube revenue targets through creator incubation and monetization with brands.</li>
<li>Recruit high-converting creators (KOCs) at scale for the right mix of creators for each campaign.</li>
<li>Creator Engagement & Operational Excellence</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and brand clients to increase creator commercial value mapping with brand campaigns for the highest client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth internal coordination across regional teams and cross-functions: BD, account, etc., as well as YouTube representatives.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who You Are</h2>
<ul>
<li>Graduated or final-year students in related majors</li>
<li>Experience in MCN, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Commerce roles.</li>
<li>Curiosity for YouTube and all YouTube programs: YouTube Shopping, YouTube Shorts, and monetization.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects.</li>
<li>Strong communication in English and Vietnamese, and relationship-building skills </li>
<li>Existing network content creators within entertainment, lifestyle, music, or commerce are a plus.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality.</li>
<li>Experience in affiliate marketing or the creator-to-commerce model is a plus.</li>
