<p>We’re looking for an experienced <strong>YouTube Manager</strong> to lead and grow our presence on YouTube, optimizing content strategy, engagement, and growth.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage Revero’s YouTube channel, ensuring content is regularly posted and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.</li>
<li>Oversee video uploads, metadata, thumbnails, and SEO best practices to improve discoverability.</li>
<li>Review all videos before and after release to optimize for best performance</li>
<li>Give specific feedback to video editor to get the best videos </li>
<li>Give specific feedback to the creator to get the best version</li>
<li>Develop and execute strategies to grow subscribers, increase watch time, and boost audience interaction.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and schedule video releases.</li>
<li>Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to refine content strategies.</li>
<li>Stay up to date on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience managing YouTube channels</li>
<li>Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, analytics, and monetization strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency with video management tools and basic video editing is a plus.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for digital content and community engagement.</li>
<li>Availability: 5-10 hours per week.</li>
