We deliver solutions across the value chain - no project is the same, and the energy is high.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What are we looking for in an AI/ML Consultant?</strong></p> <p>We are looking for an AI/ML Consultant at the beginning of their career who is curious and eager to develop real-life solutions for interesting clients. Perhaps you have recently completed your education or have a few years of full-time experience in AI and Data Science, possibly from a consultancy.<br><br>At Intellishore, we are what you might call ‘agnostic,’ meaning we act as an objective technology partner, implementing only tailored and best-fit solutions for our clients. Therefore, you should be open-minded and curious to learn new technologies.<br><br>Ideally, you match all or most of the following attributes:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering (hands-on exposure to healthcare/life sciences industries use cases is a plus).</li> <li><strong>Solid grasp of statistics foundations.</strong></li> <li>Strong Python programming skills.</li> <li>Experience with ML frameworks (XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).</li> <li><strong>Highly motivated to join Intellishore</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>and its mission to revolutionize AI adoption in healthcare/life sciences, as demonstrated in the cover letter.</li> <li>Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG techniques would be a plus, but<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>deep knowledge of "traditional" AI/ML is a must</strong>.</li> <li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li> <li>Understanding of data processing techniques and best software engineering practices.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.</li> <li>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Fluency in English, German, or French, in addition, would be a plus.</li> <li>Availability for on-site presence in Zürich.</li> </ul> <p><em>And do not worry about whether you have too much or too little experience.
