About the role
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail sales supervision and retail operations, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Drive sales across all retail stores within the zone to achieve or exceed targets.
- Monitor store-wise sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support store teams in upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer engagement.
2. Retail Store Supervision & Operations
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels, proper staff scheduling, and team efficiency.
- Maintain stock accuracy across stores and prevent pilferage through regular audits.
- Work closely with store managers to improve customer service standards.
3. Stock Management & Pilferage Control
- Ensure stores maintain optimal stock levels of mobile phones and accessories.
- Monitor stock movement, conduct inventory checks, and prevent loss due to theft or mismanagement.
- Implement strict control measures to minimize stock discrepancies.
4. Product Display & Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure mobile phone display tables are well-maintained, functional, and visually appealing.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure all display devices and demo units are working properly.
- Verify that all displayed products have accurate price tags and promotional materials.
5. Sales Promotions & Marketing Support
- Plan and implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives across stores.
- Ensure promotional campaigns are executed effectively to boost footfall and sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor strategies, and market trends.
6. Staff Management & Discipline
- Ensure store staff adhere to company policies, dress codes, and customer service standards.
- Address disciplinary issues promptly and enforce compliance with workplace regulations.
- Provide coaching, training, and motivation to sales teams to enhance performance.
