Binnen het Zorgcoördinatiepunt Herstelvoorzieningen (ZCP) in Leiden werken we dagelijks aan een optimale instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van cliënten. Het ZCP is het centrale aanmeldpunt voor alle aanvragen voor de herstelvoorzieningen. Hieronder vallen verschillende klinieken; in totaal beschikken de herstelvoorzieningen over 504 bedden.
